Even in uncertain times, we at Saint Augustine’s desire for our kids to learn about Jesus and have our families grow closer to Him. Until we are able to meet corporately in our usual spaces, Saint Augustine’s Kids will be releasing a series of resources for our young people each week. These materials will centre around a weekly theme and be posted regularly to our Kids Facebook group. The resources will be suitable for kids of all ages (from 3-9yrs), so if you have young ones at home, please make sure you are apart of that group page.

Faithfulness

Times of uncertainty bring with it a level of anxiety that we have all felt during this COVID-19 pandemic. Its easy to focus on our current situation and think "where is God in all of this?!"

One of the amazing things about the Bible is that there are reminders of God's faithfulness on every page. God has promised to never leave us when we go through times of trouble. His faithfulness is a constant throughout history and will be true tomorrow as well!

This week, we take a look at the story of Daniel and how he leaned into God's faithfulness...even when facing the jaws of the lions! We will also learn (or re-learn!) that "God is our rock and in Him can we put our trust." (Ps 18:2)
